Membership Eligibilitiy

REQUIREMENTS FOR JOINING THE “RAJPUT_MALL_SAINTHWAR” GROUP 

A new applicant who is aspiring to becoame a member of this group should study the following points prior to submit his/her application.

1. VISION & DECLARATION

Every PERSON willing to join the group is cordially requested to thoroughly read / understand the Vision & Declaration statements and familiarize himself / herself with its contents. In case of any doubt what-so-ever it is advised to the person to get in touch with the member introducing him or any other member in the group he / she desires to.

2. COMMITMENT

Firm commitment from every PERSON joining this group is required for the points written in the “Commitment Section”.

3. OATH

Every PERSON willing to join the group has to undertake the oath (in Hindi) as written in the joining form and available online for those who are joining through web / net.

4. INDIVIDUALS DECLRATION

Every PERSON willing to join this group has to declare that:

•  No criminal case is pending against him / her in any court of law as established by Union of India.

•  He / She is not involved in any activity which is forbidden as per the governing laws of India .

•  He / She is not participating any group activity which is considered as potential threat to the society / nation.

It is advised that incase any of the declarations written above are not fulfilled the person willing to join the group should inform the governing council of the group to consider for his membership furnishing the full details. It is on the discretion of the council to take final decision for the approval of membership. The council deserves the right to ask for necessary details required for her satisfaction and allow the person to be the member.

5. MEMBERSHIP FOR ALREADY EXISTING GROUPS IN SIMILAR NAMES

  • Persons willing to join the group who are already members or office bearers of other societies / groups in the similar name can also join as member. However they are requested not to mention their official positions in that society / groups .
  • All other official positions / responsibilities which are not a part of other similar groups are always encouraged to be mentioned in the group's member profile section

दृष्टिकोण एवं घोषणा :
      निवेदन है कि ट्रस्ट में उल्लिखित ‘‘दृष्टिकोण’’ एवं ‘‘घोषणा’’ को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़े।
      किसी भी प्रकार का असमंजस होने पर आप अपने परिचयदाता अथवा किसी भी अन्य सदस्य से स्पष्टता प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।
वचनबद्धता :
      आप ‘‘वचनबद्धता अनुभाग’’ में लिखित वचनों के प्रति पूर्ण निष्ठा रखते हैं।
शपथ
      सदस्यता के लिये लिखित शपथों के प्रतिबद्ध होना आवश्यक है।
व्यक्तिगत घोषणा
      आप निम्नलिखित घोषणा करते हैं कि -

  •       आप पर विधि द्वारा स्थापित किसी भी न्यायालय में कोई आपराधिक अभियोग विचाराधीन नहीं है;
  •       आप किसी भी ऐसी गतिविधि में शामिल नहीं हैं, जो भारत गणराज्य के शासन नियमों के विरूद्ध है;
  •       आप किसी भी ऐसी गतिविधि में शामिल नहीं हैं, जो समाज एवं राष्ट्र के लिये खतरनाक साबित हो सकती है;
  •       उपरोक्त में से किसी भी घोषणा के अनुकूल नहीं होने पर आप सदस्यता समिति को सूचित करें, समिति आप से सम्बन्धित सूचना पूछने का अधिकार रखती है एवं सदस्यता अनुमोदित अथवा अस्वीकार करने का पूर्ण अधिकार रखती है।

पहले स्थापित समान नाम के समूहों के लिये
      सदस्यता के इच्छुक वे सभी सज्जन जो पहले से स्थापित समान नाम के समूह अथवा समूहों के सदस्य या पदाधिकारी हैं, उनसे निवेदन है कि इस समूह में सामान्य सदस्य के रूप में शामिल हों एवं अपने उक्त समूह के पद नाम का वर्णन न करें।
      यद्यपि वे सभी पद नाम जो कि अन्य समान नाम के समूहों से सम्बन्धित नहीं हैं, उनकों सदस्यों के व्यक्तिगत सूचना अनुभाग में सूचित करने के लिये प्रोत्साहित किया जाता है।
